You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and board team to define role needs, craft precision sourcing strategies, and deliver a high-signal candidate experience at every touchpoint. Your work will directly shape the team behind an ambitious European tech company.

End-to-End Recruitment Ownership
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for roles in Dublin and across our European hubs.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to define role needs, sourcing strategies, and interview plans.
- Manage candidate pipelines across inbound, outbound, and referral sources.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess motivation, clarity, and values alignment.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, take-home challenges, and feedback loops.
- Ensure all candidate data and process steps are accurately tracked in ATS.
- Provide regular updates to Hiring Managers on funnel health and time-to-hire metrics.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain role definitions, compensation alignment, and onboarding readiness.
- Uphold governance standards for documentation, evaluation, and offer approval.
