Talent Acquisition Specialist

What You’ll Do
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at InteractiveAI, you’ll drive the end-to-end hiring process to help us build a top talent team of engineers, product owners, and go-to-market operators.

You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and board team to define role needs, craft precision sourcing strategies, and deliver a high-signal candidate experience at every touchpoint. Your work will directly shape the team behind an ambitious European tech company.

End-to-End Recruitment Ownership
  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for roles in Dublin and across our European hubs.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to define role needs, sourcing strategies, and interview plans.
  • Manage candidate pipelines across inbound, outbound, and referral sources.
Candidate Experience & Process Execution
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess motivation, clarity, and values alignment.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, take-home challenges, and feedback loops.
  • Ensure all candidate data and process steps are accurately tracked in ATS.
Stakeholder Alignment & Reporting
  • Provide regular updates to Hiring Managers on funnel health and time-to-hire metrics.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain role definitions, compensation alignment, and onboarding readiness.
  • Uphold governance standards for documentation, evaluation, and offer approval.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 2-4 years in talent acquisition, preferably in tech or high-growth environments.
  • Sourcing Excellence: Skilled in outbound search strategies, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and creative pipelines.
  • Process-Driven: Strong ATS experience, and comfort with Slack and Google Workspace.
  • Culture Fit: High ownership, driven by results, with a passion for finding and closing top talent.
  • Language Fluency: Fluent or Native English is a must (Spanish or Portuguese would be highly preferred).

  1. Intro Call (30 minutes) – Quick call to align on fit and expectations
  2. Take-Home Challenge – A practical task based on real-world problems
  3. Technical Interview (60 minutes) – Deep dive into the challenge and technical experience
  4. Cultural and Values Interview (60 minutes) – Discussion on motivation, cultural and value alignment
  5. Offer – Final conversation and offer
