Chief Strategy Officer

What You’ll Do

We’re now looking for a Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to shape our commercial growth, corporate governance, and long-term strategic evolution. This is one of the most senior roles in the company — partnering directly with the founders, investors, and future executive hires.

Commercial Strategy & Growth

  • Architect and drive our enterprise strategy — from sales to strategic partnerships and business development.
  • Build and activate a network of strategic partners, CxOs, and investors.
  • Represent InteractiveAI externally at webinars, events, and with enterprise buyers.
  • Shape GTM plans, pricing strategy, and commercial bets in partnership with product and delivery leads.

Corporate & Operational Leadership

  • Oversee legal, compliance, people ops, and finance — ensuring we scale quickly and efficiently.
  • Establish operational excellence across all functions of the business — goals, updates, and decision loops.
  • Build scalable systems for decision-making, culture, and long-range planning.
  • Support the company through future phases of funding, investment and organizational evolution.
  • Act as the core bridge between the founding team, investors, and core leaders.
What We’re Looking For
  • Enterprise Experience: 10+ years in enterprise SaaS, B2B platforms, strategy consulting or tech startups.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience scaling and leading commercial functions and/or startup growth.
  • Operational Maturity: Deep understanding of corporate operations in regulated or enterprise environments.
  • Strong Presence and Communication: equally comfortable in the boardroom, events and internal communications.
  • Commercial Credibility: Strong network of enterprise buyers, strategic partners, and investors.
  • Strategic Acumen: Able to define priorities, make clear bets, and drive decision-making across complex environments.
